A couple of years ago, the QSEHRA was meant to be the savior for small employers wanting to offer coverage. Now, it’s on it’s way out and making room for two new programs. Here's a review of the first one: the ICHRA. Effective January, 2020, two new HRA programs come in to effect, giving employers more options and flexibility for providing benefits.
